Tahini Cookies

Delicious tahini cookies, healthy and satisfying


  • 2/3 cup of raw “Achva” tahini.
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • 200g of butter
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 tsp of sugar powder


  • Pre-Heat your oven to 160 degrees celsius
  • mix all ingredients together in a mixer 
  • roll little balls from the mixture, and place them on your oven tray, lined with a baking sheet
  • bake in the oven for 15 to 20min, or until the cookies are golden. 
  • serve sprinkled with sugar powder
