An easy make-ahead fish recipe featuring the most wonderful tomato chili sauce with an intense depth of flavor and a tahini topping. The perfect midweek supper with a kick
Ingredients:
1 whole sea bass
Olive oil
Sea salt
1 lemon
1 onion
4 tomatoes
1 chili pepper
400g yogurt
1/2 cup raw Achva tahini
1/3 cup water
instructions:
Heat your oven to 200 degrees celsius
Season the fish with salt, pepper and lemon, then place in the oven (or grill) till crispy
Blend yogurt, tahini, 1/2 a lemon and the water, until creamy.
Grill chopped tomatoes, onions & chili then mix together in a separate bowl and season with lemon, salt & pepper.
Place Tahini yogurt sauce, tomato salad and fish on a large plate, drizzle with lemon & raw tahini and enjoy!
