Chocolate Tahini Homemade Ice cream

Delicious creamy homemade healthy ice cream popsicles


  • 1/2 cup oatmeal.
  • 1 1/2 cups milk.
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
  • 250ml cream.
  • 1 pack vanilla instant pudding.
  • 1/2 jar of “Achva chocolate sesame spread” (200g)
  • Ice Cream molds & popsicle sticks. 

For the topping:

  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pistachio, pecans)
  • 1/2 cup “Achva curly halva”. 


  • Boil 1 cup of milk with a small amount water & a pinch of salt. add the oats and cook for 3 minutes while stirring. remove from the stove top and set aside to cool. 
  • In your mixer place; cream, 1 cup of milk, instant pudding, 1/2 jar of chocolate tahini and mix till creamy texture. 
  • Combine with the oats and pour into your ice-cream molds, put a popsicle stick in each one.
  • Freeze for at least 3 hours.
  • For the topping; melt chocolate and add oil, then dip the frozen popsicles and sprinkle with toppings of your choice. 
  • Place them back in the freezer for an additional 15min before eating.
